Hi, I'm Ashley!

I am a holistic practitioner living in Ventura County, California, trained as a doula, Reiki practitioner, hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing® instructor, early childhood educator, and yoga teacher.

From a very young age, I knew that my career would center around work with mothers and young children. This innate knowledge has led me on a ten year journey to find the best ways to support new families on their path. I combine my skills to support each client on their own unique journey.

My practice is deeply grounded in the idea that mindfulness is important at every stage of life, but mindful support is crucial as women transition into motherhood and as children form an understanding of the world. These areas are my deepest passion.

I have been blessed to be able to support myself naturally through labor with HypnoBirthing® breathing and mantra for the births of both of my children. After experiencing the power of this work first hand, I am even more excited to share this work far and wide!

I am loving motherhood and hope to be able to bring some of my own experience into my teachings as I continue grow into this role.
